Job summary

Mineral Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Processing Trainer for their Wodgina lithium operation. This site-based role operates on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth, supporting training and assessment to meet MinRes standards and ensure ongoing capability at the processing plant.

You will develop and deliver training packages, build relationships with site teams, and drive training compliance using InTuition, with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) is mandatory.
• Experience in Resources and Mining sector in a Process Operator role.
• Lithium experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience with Training Management Systems (InTuition) desirable.
• Experience in Training Needs Analysis.
• Valid C Class driver’s licence.
• Experience and relevant RII operator tickets as required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support MinRes Training System across the site.
• Facilitate training and assessment on the lithium processing plant to meet site needs.
• Develop training packages to meet business requirements.
• Build relationships with site management to align training needs.
• Promote and support MinRes Training Standards and Processes.
• Provide support to Training Supervisor with training facilitation.
• Upload training documentation into InTuition.
• Assist sites in achieving training and compliance goals.
• Lead by example to demonstrate best practices in training.
