Miller Leith is partnering with a well-established Australian agribusiness to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner for its Queensland operations. This hands-on, operational role works with senior leaders across a large seasonal workforce and is pivotal to strengthening leadership capability and shaping a positive workplace culture.

Reporting into the HR leadership team, you will deliver practical support across the employee lifecycle, drive workforce planning, coaching, change initiatives

Qualificações

• Experience in operationally intensive environments such as agriculture, FMCG, manufacturing, mining, logistics or construction.
• Strong employee relations and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience supporting organisational change and coaching leaders.
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Solutions-focused with ability to manage challenging conversations.
• Ability to build trust and influence workplace culture.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical HR support across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations and investigations.
• Coach and develop operational leaders.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment and seasonal workforce management.
• Assist organisational change and transformation initiatives.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and compliance.
• Build relationships across the operation to drive positive people outcomes.
