Job summary

Miller Leith are partnering with a well-established Australian agribusiness to recruit an HR Business Partner for regional Queensland. This hands-on role supports senior operational leaders across a large seasonal workforce, helping strengthen leadership capability, engage the workforce and shape a positive workplace culture.

You will report to the HR leadership team and deliver practical HR support across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, coaching,

Qualifications

• Experience in operationally intensive environments (agriculture, FMCG, manufacturing, mining, logistics)
• Strong employee relations and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience supporting organisational change and coaching leaders

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially focused HR support across the employee lifecycle
• Coach and develop operational leaders to strengthen leadership capability
• Manage workforce planning, recruitment and seasonal workforce management
• Support organisational change and business transformation initiatives
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and compliance
• Build strong relationships across operations to drive positive people outcomes
