Job summary

Miller Leith is partnering with a well-established Australian agribusiness to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner for its Queensland operations. This hands-on, operational role works with senior leaders across a large seasonal workforce and is pivotal to strengthening leadership capability and shaping a positive workplace culture.

Reporting into the HR leadership team, you will deliver practical support across the employee lifecycle, drive workforce planning, coaching, change initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience in operationally intensive environments such as agriculture, FMCG, manufacturing, mining, logistics or construction.
• Strong employee relations and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience supporting organisational change and coaching leaders.
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Our client is a well-established Australian agribusiness seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its regional Queensland operations.

This is a hands-on, operational role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior operational leaders across a large, seasonal workforce. With significant organisational change and transformation underway, the successful candidate will play an important role in strengthening leadership capability, supporting workforce engagement and helping shape a positive workplace culture.

The Opportunity

• Coaching and developing operational leaders

• Providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and compliance
• Building strong relationships across the operation and driving positive people outcomes

About You

We are interested in HR Business Partners or experienced Senior HR Advisors looking to take the next step into a broader business partnering role.

You will ideally bring:

• Experience within operationally intensive environments such as agriculture, horticulture, FMCG, manufacturing, mining, logistics or construction
• Strong employee relations and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience supporting organisational change and coaching leaders
• The resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment
