Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Site Automation Lead for the Villawood, NSW site to manage automation upgrades, audits, and capital projects. You will mentor trades, supervise PLC/HMI systems, and ensure electrical safety and standardization across the site.

The role requires strong technical and project management skills, experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, and practical knowledge of packaging equipment. This on-site position emphasizes reliable plant operations and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor of Engineering or Senior Electrician with PLC experience.
• 5+ years delivering automation projects in manufacturing.
• 5-10 years in project management/ mechanical engineering.
• Industrial control systems experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and networks.
• Competency in ladder logic, structured text, and function block.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Villawood site automation upgrades and auditing.
• Program and troubleshoot site automation systems; mentor trades.
• Improve electrical safety and implement standard automation concepts.
• Support capital projects and design change for packaging lines.
• Manage installation, validation, and documentation for projects.
