Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Site Automation Lead to manage and upgrade Villawood site automation, including PLCs, HMIs, and plant networks. You will lead projects, mentor trades, and ensure electrical safety.

Responsibilities include coordinating with CP Global teams on standard automation concepts, supporting packaging machinery automation, and driving continuous improvement across production.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical orSenior Electrician with PLC experience
• 5–10 years of project management or mechanical engineering experience
• 5+ years in industrial control systems focusing on Allen Bradley PLCs and networks (Devicenet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus)
• Experience with FMCG packaging equipment and plant process equipment

Mansioni

• Lead site automation upgrades and regular hardware/software audits; mentor trades.
• Program and troubleshoot site automation systems.
• Lead electrical safety on site and safeguard machinery.
• Collaborate with Global teams on standard automation concepts.
• Support electrical distribution and plant infrastructure.
• Identify, design, and manage capital projects; prepare submissions.
