Job summary

Salmon Earthmoving Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking a Site Administrator to join a major Bowen Basin project. You will support the project team with mobilisations, rosters, timesheet data entry and travel coordination, acting as the central point for site administration and escalations.

The role requires site administration experience in mining/construction, strong computer skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in site or project administration in mining, construction or energy sectors.
• Current Standard 11 Statement of Attainment.
• Well-developed computer skills and ability to pick up systems quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information.
• Proactive, supportive and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a team environment and proactively assist others.
• Basic knowledge of heavy plant/equipment advantageous.
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
• Coal Board Medical Health Assessment must be held or obtained.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee, contractor and visitor mobilisations including flights, accommodation and site access documentation.
• Manage and coordinate personnel rosters.
• Daily checking and data entry of timesheets, operator paperwork, machine hours and site movements.
• Act as the central point for travel changes, queries and escalations.
• Ensure site administration is kept up-to-date with correct procedures and protocols.
• Provide general site administration support as required.
