AESTEC Services is seeking a Site Administrator for our Gladstone region. Head Office with flexibility to work at QAL and Yarwun as needed. Hours: 6:00am–3:00pm Mon-Thu, 6:00am–12:00pm Fri. Gladstone locals strongly encouraged to apply.

This role focuses on admin tasks across civil construction and maintenance projects, offering a stable, long-term opportunity within a supportive team and safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Previous site-based admin experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to Health & Safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling daily timesheets.
• Generating and reconciling monthly claims.
• Document control and data entry.
• Booking travel and fatigue management.
• Assisting with training and onboarding.
• Supporting site managers and reporting on completions.
