Job summary

Aestec Services is seeking experienced asbestos removalists to join our industrial maintenance team in Gladstone. You’ll perform A Class removal, construct enclosures and assist with decontamination across the region, while upholding safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A Class and/or B Class Asbestos Removal Certification.
• Construction White Card.
• QAL / BSL / RTAY Blue Medipass, or willingness to obtain.
• Previous asbestos removal experience.

Responsibilities

• Performing A Class Asbestos Removal in accordance with legislative, safety and environmental requirements.
• Constructing, maintaining and managing asbestos enclosures to ensure safe containment.
• Assisting with asbestos clean-up, disposal and decontamination activities.
• Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and site safety.
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver safe and quality outcomes.

About the Role

Working as part of our industrial maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for a range of asbestos removal and associated activities across the Gladstone region.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing A Class Asbestos Removal in accordance with legislative, safety and environmental requirements
• Constructing, maintaining and managing asbestos enclosures to ensure safe containment
• Assisting with asbestos clean-up, disposal and decontamination activities
• Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and site safety
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver safe and quality outcomes

Essential
