Job summary

Aestec Services is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead an industrial team in Gladstone. You will mentor staff, drive safety, and ensure efficient maintenance on-site while managing budgets and resources.

This hands-on role requires a trade qualification, HR license, and proficiency with MS Office. You will work locally in Gladstone, focus on zero-harm WHS practices, and foster strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or equivalent experience.
• HR License is required or can be obtained.
• Blue Medipass (QAL/BSL/RTAY) current or willingness to obtain.
• Hands-on skills in construction and maintenance.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Safety-first mindset and a positive attitude.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
