Job summary

Monadelphous Group is seeking a highly organised Site Administrator for projects in Western Australia. This fixed-term role is on a 2:1 roster and FIFO from Perth, with Perth-based candidates encouraged to apply.

You will support busy project teams in a fast-paced site environment and contribute to safe, efficient operations. Ideal candidates will have 1 year of site admin experience in the resources sector, strong organisation skills, and proficiency with the MS Office suite.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in site administration within the resources sector.
• Ability to coordinate mobilisation with site representatives and workforce management.
• Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage site-based project systems, databases and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and smooth daily operations.
• Provide timely administrative support across site functions, including mobilisation, site access, reporting and general coordination.
• Acting as a point of contact for a high volume of personnel.
• Managing and maintaining documentation including timesheets, procurement and HSE files.
