Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a highly organised Site Administrator to join our Engineering Construction division on projects in Western Australia. This fixed-term role operates on a 2:1 roster and is FIFO from Perth, with Perth-based candidates preferred for efficient mobilisation and project support.

In this busy site environment you will maintain project systems, provide admin support, manage documentation and act as a steady point of contact for personnel.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in site administration within the resources sector.
• Ability to work closely with site representatives and workforce management team to offer a seamless mobilisation process to our employees.
• Excellent time management skills and your flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage site-based project systems, databases and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and smooth daily operations.
• Provide timely administrative support across site functions, including mobilisation, site access, reporting and general coordination.
• Acting as a point of contact for a high volume of personnel
• Managing and maintaining documentation including timesheets, procurement and HSE files
