DHL Supply Chain in Australia is seeking an Administration Officer to keep our site operations running smoothly. You will provide comprehensive admin support, manage end-to-end processes, and maintain registers including training and safety records.

You will interact with internal and external stakeholders, plan meetings, manage sign-ins and inductions for visitors, and assist with ad hoc site tasks. A busy, varied workload awaits.

Qualificações

• Strong administrative and data-entry skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive administration support and manage end-to-end processes.
• Maintain site registers, training and safety records for compliance.
• Oversee site pallet control and resource allocation.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders and deliver customer service.
• Plan and organize meetings, presentations, catering, and room bookings.
• Manage sign-in and induction for external visitors and ensure welcome experience.
• Undertake ad hoc duties to support site operations.
