Job summary

Danone is seeking a Site Administration Officer to support the Kiewa manufacturing site. You will coordinate payroll, administration, reception and office management, working closely with site leaders, operations teams and corporate stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes organisation, proactive service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Site Administration or Office Administration roles.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Employee Administration: support time & attendance review and weekly payroll processing.
• Reception & Site Services: act as first contact, manage visitor sign-in and mail/courier services.
• Office Management & Business Support: coordinate meetings, prepare documents and support projects.
• Stakeholder & Team Support: collaborate with site leaders, HR, Finance and IT to provide responsive support.
