Job summary

SRG Global is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our regional WA civil infrastructure team on a major project. The role oversees QA/QC activities, method statements and site documentation to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will work with the Project Manager, bring 2–3 years of contractor engineering experience and hold a Civil Engineering degree. A 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth applies, with site-based responsibilities and collaborative delivery across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years' experience in a similar contractor engineering role.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Strong computer and systems skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate QA/QC testing to ensure specs are met and prepare method statements and related documents.
• Provide technical advice to the project delivery team to help achieve objectives.
• Inspect activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specs and QSE standards.
• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing construction, operations or maintenance at site.
• Surveying to establish reference points, grades or elevations for construction.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on quantities and costs of materials, equipment and labor.
• Address issues via Technical Queries (TQs) or RFIs and perform quality audits.
