Qualifications

• Certification/Qualification in Disability with leadership experience.
• Ability to lead diverse Disability Support Workers.
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of Supported Independent Living (SIL) requirements.
• Clear written and verbal communication with staff and stakeholders.
• Current First Aid/CPR, WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Valid driver's licence and comprehensive car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day running of the property to provide quality care.
• Allocate tasks to support workers for duties like cleaning, shopping, meal prep.
• Manage household budget and keep accurate records.
• Maintain confidential participant information and privacy compliance.
• Ensure policy adherence and report breaches to Head of Operations.
• Oversee house and grounds maintenance and report hazards.
