Job summary

Healthscope Independence Services is seeking a passionate residential/support worker to provide high-quality care in Supported Independent Living (SIL) settings in Croydon and Ringwood East, VIC. You will assist clients with daily living, personal care, medication administration, and community engagement to help them achieve independence.

Qualifications include a Certificate IV in Disability or related field, with at least 1 year of disability or healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or related qualification.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support clients with meals, housekeeping, and community activities.
• Medication administration and documentation.
• Ensure progress notes are up to date and compliant with plans.
• Work within a team and adhere to policies on WHS, privacy and rights.
