Path to Independence is a Queensland-based NDIS provider seeking experienced Disability Support Workers for SIL Accommodation Services in Logan and surrounding areas. You will deliver one-to-one or two-to-one support to participants with psychosocial and physical disabilities, helping them engage in daily living activities and strengthen community connections.

Qualificações

• Excellent people skills and experience in mental health care.
• Sound understanding of NDIS requirements and service delivery.
• Ability to work 24/7 roster in Logan/Brisbane South.
• Experience with personal care and manual handling tasks.
• Ability to support participants to build independence and daily living skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-to-one or two-to-one support.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming.
• Perform manual handling following safety guidelines.
• Complete detailed shift and incident reports.
• Coordinate appointments and community activities.
• Assist with meal planning and light domestic duties.
• Transport participants as required and manage travel safely.
