Conexson Aged Care Recruitment in Logan QLD is seeking Casual Disability Support Workers to deliver in-home care and SIL support across the Logan and Brisbane regions. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living tasks, and help clients access community activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Disability Support or Aged Care experience.
• Certificate III or equivalent in Disability/Individual Support.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check are required.
• First Aid and CPR certifications are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance in SIL and in-home settings.
• Assist clients with community access, transport and social participation.
• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
• Promote independence, dignity, health and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate client progress notes and reporting.
