Qualifications

• Proven track record selling to businesses across commercial sectors.
• Comfortable visiting client sites including car parks, warehouses and yards.
• Excellent written communication for emails and proposals.
• Strong phone communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Hold a current driver’s license; signage or construction experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new commercial clients via phone, email and site visits.
• Walk sites, measure up jobs, and bring opportunities back for quoting.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Collaborate with crews to ensure what is sold is delivered.
• Report progress to the Operations Manager.
