Job summary

Harding & Drougas, a national distributor serving the sign and display sector, seeks a commercially astute sales leader to unite the NSW team and steer the next growth phase.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead eight salespeople, coach on customer calls, protect margins, and expand key accounts while staying close to market needs.

This hands-on role offers a strong base package with super, STI, and a company vehicle or car allowance, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership with B2B sales focus.
• Proven track record growing revenue/market share.
• Ability to coach and develop field sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Setting clear sales priorities and developing effective account and territory plans.
• Coaching and developing the team, while addressing underperformance constructively.
• Driving profitable growth through customer retention, new business and cross‑selling.
• Working closely with technical specialists and other sales teams to develop opportunities.
• Providing visible leadership and contributing to a positive culture across the NSW site.
