Job summary

Programmed Industrial Maintenance seeks an experienced Shutdown Supervisor to lead and deliver shutdown activities across Western Australia. Perth-based with travel to client sites, the role requires hands-on leadership from planning through to on-site execution and close-out.

You will work closely with clients, Shutdown Coordinators and our management team to ensure safe, efficient shutdowns that meet quality standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience as Shutdown Supervisor or similar in mining/industrial maintenance.
• Trade background in mechanical/structural/fabrication/piping.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary shutdown crews.
• S26 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shutdown crews across mining/industrial sites.
• Review scopes, work packs, schedules and labour requirements before execution.
• Plan daily activities to meet shutdown milestones.
• Conduct pre-start meetings, toolbox talks and briefings.
• Ensure safety, permits, risk assessments and site procedures are followed.
