Rio Tinto's Marandoo operation in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Supervisor Plant Shutdown to lead fixed plant shutdown delivery. You will mentor the Plant Shutdown team, ensure planning and execution aligns with safety standards, site priorities and the shutdown management framework.

On an 8/6 roster with occasional nights, you will drive readiness, manage resources, coordinate with SAP processes, and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver reliable maintenance outcomes.

• Understanding of work management processes and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe delivery of fixed plant shutdowns aligned with site priorities.
• Plan, pre‑plan, and stage shutdown activities with readiness across resources.
• Provide coaching and development for the shutdown team.
• Embed shutdown management framework and governance.
• Coordinate with maintenance systems and SAP for critical orders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise shutdown execution.
• Drive continuous improvement through post‑shutdown reviews.
