Job summary

Rio Tinto's Marandoo operation in Western Australia seeks an experienced Supervisor Plant Shutdown to lead fixed plant shutdown delivery, mentor the Shutdown team, and ensure safe, efficient execution aligned with site priorities.

You will drive shutdown readiness, pre-planning and staging, coordinate with maintenance systems (SAP) and stakeholders, and foster a strong safety culture while delivering measurable outcomes.

• Strong communication across maintenance teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in fixed plant shutdown delivery and planning.
