ZircoSHRED is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Driver for our Rydalmere NSW site. You will support the Operations Manager, provide excellent customer service, and drive a compactor or Pantech truck to collect and transport confidential waste and destruction bins.

You'll be the face of ZircoSHRED, building rapport with customers, following processes, and ensuring safety. A clean MR license and ability to pass a police check are essential; Monday–Friday 7am–3:06pm, with some heavy lifting

Qualifications

• Experience in deliveries in a similar role.
• A clean MR driver's license for manual and automatic (essential).
• Use of PDA - scanning all bins.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Absolute professionalism from personal appearance through to liaising with clients.
• Geographical knowledge of Rydalmere and surrounding areas.
• Safety awareness and ability to pass a Police Check.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and support for the Operations Manager on a day-to-day basis.
• Drive a compactor or Pantech truck and perform site visits to collect and transport confidential waste.
• Swap out secure destruction bins and assist with heavy lifting when required.
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company processes during all activities.
• Represent ZircoSHRED in a courteous, environmentally conscious manner.

Shred Customer Service Representative/Driver

ZircoSHRED protects organisations from the risks of an information breach with secure document destruction, media disposal and other shredding services.

We are looking to grow our team in our Rydalmere NSW shredding site with a Customer Service Representative/Driver. This role contributes to the safe and timely collection, destruction, movement and transportation of confidential wastepaper and electronic storage devices of customers. Working as part of the Operations team you will provide excellent customer service to the customers and support for the Operations Manager on a day-to-day basis.

You will be the face of ZircoSHRED.This means, from arrival through to departure, you enjoy connecting with people, are confident in your ability to communicate, handle confidential information and also be known for being a courteous and environmentally conscious team member.

As you will be driving a compactor or Pantech truck, attending customer sites and swapping out secure destruction bins, be aware that this role will require some heavy lifting.

To be successful for this role applicants must have:

A clean current MR driver’s license for manual and automatic (essential)

Experience in deliveries in a similar role

Use of PDA - scanning all bins

Ability to build rapport with customers

Absolute professionalism from personal appearance through to liaising with clients

Geographical knowledge of Rydalmere and surrounding areas

A good work ethic, are trustworthy, enjoy building rapport with customers and enjoy a fast paced environment

A positive attitude and self motivated

Attention to detail, following processes and accuracy is crucial

Safety awareness

Ability to pass a Police Check
