Job summary

Shred-X in Sydney's Wetherill Park is seeking a reliable MR Driver to join our national team delivering secure destruction bins and materials. You will service a diverse client base, operate a company-branded MR truck, and use a PDA to record tasks.

Qualifications

• MR truck license with clean driving history.

• Capable of manual handling up to 100 kg.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-branded MR truck to deliver and collect secure destruction bins.
• Service a diverse client base across industries (e-waste, archive boxes, textiles, pallets).
• Safely manage bins weighing up to 100 kg.
• Use a PDA to record collections and tasks.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness.
• Represent Shred-X on-site with professional customer interaction.
• Follow company policies, WHS standards, and client procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a company-branded MR truck to deliver and collect secure destruction bins and materials.
• Service a diverse client base across various industries, including handling e-waste, archive boxes, textiles, and pallets.
• Safely manage bins weighing up to 100kg – an ideal role for someone who enjoys physical work.
• Use a PDA device to accurately record collections and service tasks.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness and cleanliness.
• Represent Shred-X professionally on-site, ensuring top-tier customer interaction.
• Follow all company policies, WHS standards, chain of responsibility, and client-specific procedures.

What You Bring

• A valid Medium Rigid (MR) truck license with a clean driving history.
• Previous experience in a physical driving role (e.g. courier or removalist-style work).
• Safe manual handling skills and physical fitness.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable with using handheld devices (PDA or similar tech).
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
