Shred-X Australia, part of the Freightways Ltd group, seeks an AfternoonShift Factory Sorter at our Wetherill Park site to support a fast-paced recycling operation. You will sort material on conveyors, operate shredding and baling equipment, and record inbound/outbound load data while following strict safety protocols.

We value a safety-minded, team-oriented candidate who can perform repetitive tasks, maintain clean facilities, and communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.

Formación

• Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely and efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Sort material for destruction on conveyor belts and tables.
• Operate shredding and baling equipment according to safety and quality standards.
• Accurately record information for inbound and outbound loads.
• Perform pre-start checks on machinery and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the facility and equipment.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving pallets, bins, and containers.
• Ensure loads are secure and meet quality requirements.
• Report any non-compliance or equipment issues to supervisors.

We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused AfternoonShift Factory Sorter to join our Wetherill Park branch to contribute to the smooth operation of our recycling facility.

What You’ll Do
