Job summary

ZircoSHRED is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Driver for our Rydalmere NSW site. You will support the Operations Manager, provide excellent customer service, and drive a compactor or Pantech truck to collect and transport confidential waste and destruction bins.

You'll be the face of ZircoSHRED, building rapport with customers, following processes, and ensuring safety. A clean MR license and ability to pass a police check are essential; Monday–Friday 7am–3:06pm, with some heavy lifting

Qualifications

Experience in deliveries in a similar role.
A clean MR driver's license for manual and automatic (essential).
Use of PDA - scanning all bins.
Ability to build rapport with customers.
Absolute professionalism from personal appearance through to liaising with clients.
Geographical knowledge of Rydalmere and surrounding areas.
Safety awareness and ability to pass a Police Check.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and support for the Operations Manager on a day-to-day basis.
Drive a compactor or Pantech truck and perform site visits to collect and transport confidential waste.
Swap out secure destruction bins and assist with heavy lifting when required.
Maintain safety procedures and follow company processes during all activities.
Represent ZircoSHRED in a courteous, environmentally conscious manner.
