Job summary

Competitive Advantage HRM & Recruitment is assisting a well-established Australian retailer specialising in premium flooring and window furnishings. The Sales Support / Administration Officer will join the Fortitude Valley showroom and administration team in Brisbane, handling front-facing customer engagement and back-office duties.

You will support the sales process from enquiry to quotes and follow-up, while ensuring smooth daily administration and a high-standard showroom presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or showroom/retail environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy showroom.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the showroom and admin team.
• Welcome customers and guide them through the product range.
• Prepare accurate customer quotes and follow up after showroom visits.
