Job summary

Full House Recruitment seeks a motivated Showroom Sales & Admin professional in Brisbane to support the QLD team. You will answer calls, set up projects in internal systems, assist with proposals, and help maintain CRM and quoting accuracy.

You will welcome showroom visitors, manage samples distribution, and ensure the showroom remains pristine while providing sales administrative support.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HubSpot CRM.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct office phone calls professionally.
• Set up projects within internal systems and assist with proposals.
• Welcome showroom visitors and manage CRM/quoting updates.
• Distribute chair, fabric and laminate samples and maintain showroom presentation.
• Provide admin support for sales tasks and projects.
