Connect Tel North in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, is seeking a vibrant Sales Support / Administration Officer to join our showroom and administration team. This full-time, permanent role blends hands-on showroom customer engagement with vital back-office administration.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through our premium flooring and window furnishing range, providing knowledgeable advice to help them make informed decisions, while ensuring day-to-day

Qualificações

• Experience in sales support, administration, showroom or retail environments.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a busy showroom.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to support broader team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the showroom and admin team.
• Welcome customers and guide them through the extensive range of flooring and window furnishing products.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product recommendations and practical design advice.
• Prepare accurate customer quotes and proactively follow up after showroom visits.
• Assist with order processing, customer records and general office administration.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails and customer enquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organised and inviting showroom, ensuring displays and product samples are presented to a high standard.
