Competitive Advantage HRM & Recruitment is seeking a warm, customer-focused Sales Support / Administration Officer for our client in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. This full-time, permanent role blends showroom customer engagement with essential back-office administration, offering a friendly, collaborative environment.

You will guide customers through flooring and window furnishing ranges, prepare quotes, process orders and maintain showroom presentation while supporting the wider team in daily

Qualificações

• Previous experience in sales support, administration, showroom or retail.
• Strong verbal and written communication, confident and approachable.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy showroom.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to support the broader team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the showroom and admin team.
• Welcome customers and guide them through flooring and window products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend products.
• Prepare accurate quotes and follow up after showroom visits.
• Assist with order processing, customer records and office admin.
• Maintain a clean, inviting showroom and samples.
