You’ll help customers choose products, prepare quotes, and process orders, with training provided to learn our systems and processes.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or retail is helpful.
• Willingness to learn product range and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers by phone, email and in showroom.
• Recommend suitable products, prepare quotes and follow up sales enquiries.
• Process online, phone, showroom and wholesale orders.
• Help existing wholesale customers with orders, product enquiries and stock updates.
• Conduct general administration and handle after-sales enquiries with escalation to management.
