Stratco Archerfield seeks a high-performing Sales Consultant who can turn conversations into sales and guide homeowners, renovators, builders and trade customers through Stratco’s home improvement range. You’ll manage quotes, selections and orders from start to finish with practical design advice.

Experience in building supply or showroom sales is valued, and you’ll thrive by connecting with customers, understanding budgets and offering tailored solutions.

• Previous experience in sales/retail showroom is preferred

You'll understand what they're trying to achieve, explore their options and help turn an idea into the right solution. From the first conversation through to quoting, product selection and order completion, you'll be part of the whole customer journey.

THE OPPORTUNITY

If you’re a high-performing salesperson who knows how to build trust, uncover what a customer really needs and turn conversations into sales, this could be your next move.

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially driven Sales Consultant to join our Archerfield team. You’ll work with homeowners, renovators, builders and trade customers across Stratco’s home improvement range, combining strong sales capability with product knowledge and practical advice.

From straightforward purchases to more complex projects, you’ll take ownership of the customer journey, identify opportunities and help customers make confident decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Understand each customer's project, needs and budget
• Recommend products and tailored solutions

• Prepare quotes and convert enquiries into sales

Experience in the building supply industry or showroom sales would be highly regarded.
