Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail showrooms role is highly regarded.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proactive, positive and team-oriented approach.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and website.
• Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service.
• Welcome and assist showroom visitors.
• Provide product information and assist with customer enquiries.
• Liaise with customers regarding products, orders and general enquiries.
• Perform general administration duties.
• Support the wider team with day-to-day operations.
