Job summary

BLU by Adcorp is seeking a floral merchandising team member for South East Melbourne, dedicated to creating beautiful in-store displays of flowers and potted plants in major supermarkets across Australia. You will maintain eye-catching displays and monitor stock to ensure product availability.

The role is 15–18 hours per week (3 days: Tue, Thu, Sat), starting around 7:00am. A reliable car and valid driver’s license are essential; retail or merchandising experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising our product range in major supermarket chains within your assigned area.
• Creating and maintaining beautiful point-of-sale displays.

• Transporting stock from loading dock to shop floor and displaying it creatively (lifting up to 12kg).
• Ensuring the display area is clean and product quality is checked.
• Engaging with customers and liaising with store and department managers.

We are partnered with Australia's largest wholesaler of fresh flowers and potted products and are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join our dynamic merchandising field team in South East Melbourne.

About Us: Our floral merchandising team specializes in designing inviting floral and potted displays in major supermarkets across Australia. We take pride in our work, and we want you to be a part of our mission to brighten up every store we serve!

The Role: As a member of our floral merchandising team, you will enhance the shopping experience for customers by maintaining stunning floral displays in stores. Your areas of service will be stores in Brighton.

• Work Schedule: 3 days/week - Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.
• Hours: Approximately 15-18 hours per week, starting approx. 7:00am.

Responsibilities:

• Merchandising our product range in major supermarket chains within your assigned area
• Creating and maintaining beautiful point-of-sale displays
• Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with store managers to ensure product availability
• Transporting stock from the loading dock to the shop floor, unpacking, and creatively displaying (lifting up to 12kgs)
• Ensuring the display area is clean and checking product quality
• Engaging with customers and liaising with store and department managers
