Responsibilities

• Qualify and convert leads and book detailed design consultations with Kitchen Designers.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers via HubSpot daily.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport over the phone and in person.
• Handle general administrative tasks and ensure smooth handovers to design staff.
