You will greet customers, assist with tile selections, maintain displays, and handle sales and administrative tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our busy tile showroom. What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers, providing a friendly and professional service
• Assisting customers with product selection, offering guidance and advice on tile choices
• Maintaining the showroom's presentation, ensuring displays are well-organised
• Processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments
• Providing administrative support, such as answering phone enquiries and updating inventory records
• Working closely with the Showroom Manager to support the smooth running of the business
