ColorTile is seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant for our Miranda showroom. You’ll learn our tile, stone and interior finishes range and help customers bring their design ideas to life through attentive service and guidance. No experience required—full training provided to the right candidate.

Ideal for someone passionate about interiors, fashion or design who enjoys working with people and thrives in a supportive team. Weekend work is part of the role, with a weekday off.

Showroom Sales Consultant - Full Training Provided

The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our friendly team at our modern designer showroom in Miranda.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a school leaver or someone at the beginning of their career who is keen to learn, develop and build a long-term career in the design and interiors industry.

You don't need to have years of experience. We will provide full training to the right candidate. What matters most to us is your attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

You might already have a genuine interest in interiors, fashion, design, architecture or simply have a great eye for colour and style. Perhaps you love working with people, enjoy helping others and are excited by the idea of turning a customer's ideas into something real.

As you develop your skills, you will work closely with our customers, helping them select colours, materials, tiles and finishes to bring their vision to life. You'll learn about our products, our industry and the sales process, while developing valuable skills that can set you up for a successful career.

Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but is absolutely not essential.

Experience or qualifications in interior design, flooring, tiles, bathware or kitchens are also highly regarded, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

About the Role

Our Miranda showroom is open Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.00pm and Saturday, 9.00am–4.00pm.

Saturday work is a requirement of the role, with a weekday RDO provided.

This is a permanent full-time position.
