Job summary

Stylish Wardrobes and Showerscreens is seeking an outgoing, energetic individual for a customer-facing role in the Sydney area. You will manage social media, assist customers via walk-ins, email, phone and online channels, and support retail sales with appointments and admin tasks.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while liaising with various stakeholders to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic person with strong customer service focus and a can-do attitude.
• Able to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible arrangements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Reliable, trustworthy with a positive attitude.
• Ability to liaise with different stakeholders and deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Social Media Accounts and other Marketing Tools.
• Offer superior service to customers via walk-ins, email, phone and social media inboxes.
• Meet and greet customers and showcase products.
• Schedule appointments and provide admin support for retail sales representatives.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks including data entry, filing emails and taking payments.
• Complete follow-up communication via phone and email.

Stylish Wardrobes & Showerscreens specialise in quality supply and installations of wardrobes, showerscreens, mirrors and splashbacks for new home builders and the residential market.

ABOUT YOU

To secure the role you will be:

• Available to work Saturday-Sunday (10:00am - 4:30pm) - (open to alternative arrangements)
• Trustworthy, reliable and excellent attitude
• Confident in engaging with customers on a daily basis
• Have strong written, oral communication and Microsoft Office
• Attention to details and ability to multitask
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to Liaise with different stakeholders

THE ROLE

The role includes but is not limited to the responsibilities below:
