Job summary

Medacta Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the Shoulder Arthroplasty portfolio in Australia. You will own lifecycle management, plan new product introductions, and define local strategy in conjunction with the Group Product Director, coordinating with cross-functional teams globally.

Based in Sydney, you will engage surgeons and healthcare professionals, drive market adoption, deliver training, and support tender submissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in orthopaedics.
• Product management or product marketing experience is highly regarded.
• Exposure to product launches, business cases or portfolio planning.
• Ability to build credible relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle management and marketing plans for the Australian Shoulder portfolio.
• Identify market opportunities and translate insights into portfolio strategies.
• Coordinate end-to-end launches, from materials to market adoption.
• Provide clinical and technical support in theatre and during product evaluations.
• Develop and deliver product and procedural training with sales teams.
