Job summary

Medacta is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the Australian Shoulder Arthroplasty portfolio, driving lifecycle management and new product introductions. You will partner with the Group Product Director and cross-functional teams to bring products to market and support adoption.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge of shoulder arthroplasty, stakeholder engagement with surgeons, and a track record in product launches and portfolio planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in orthopaedics with strong clinical knowledge of shoulder arthroplasty and theatre experience.
• Product management or product marketing experience is highly regarded.
• Experience with launches, business cases or portfolio planning.
• Ability to build credible relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Strong analytical capability, business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel within Australia and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle management and marketing plans for the Australian Shoulder portfolio.
• Identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activity and translate insights into portfolio plans.
• Manage forecasting and inventory planning with leadership, and support tenders and hospital submissions.
• Build business cases and launch strategies for new Shoulder products; coordinate end-to-end launches.
• Engage surgeons and key opinion leaders to feed insights into priorities and product development.
• Provide clinical and technical support in theatre for evaluations and launches.
• Develop and deliver product and procedural training, including sales team accreditation.
