Job summary

Hawaiian is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer on a 12-month contract for the Newpark Shopping Centre in Western Australia. The role runs Tuesday to Saturday, 9.00am to 3.30pm, with a requirement to work Saturdays and support the Assistant Property Manager.

The successful candidate will be the brand ambassador, handle customer inquiries, build relationships with retailers and tenants, and ensure the centre is well-presented while adhering to WHS guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused role.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Be the brand ambassador and primary information resource for partners including tenants, customers, council and contractors.
• Develop relationships with centre retailers and keep knowledge of store changes.
• Assist customers with information, store recommendations and services.
• Follow processes to ensure queries and issues are noted and communicated to the team.
• Ensure the property is presented to Hawaiian standards with daily inspections and follow-up actions.
• Support WHS policies and collaborate with teams on campaigns and events.
