Job summary

Hawaiian is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Officer for the Newpark Shopping Centre in Western Australia on a 12-month contract with potential extension. Working Tuesday to Saturday from 9.00am to 3.30pm, you will report to the Assistant Property Manager and ensure smooth operations across the centre.

You will be the brand ambassador, assisting tenants and customers, building strong relationships, and maintaining centre presentation while following WHS guidelines and company processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a customer focused role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to exercise initiative and work independently and with others as required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters discreetly.
• Professional appearance and behaviour at all times.

Responsibilities

• Be the brand ambassador for Hawaiian; primary information and assistance resource for partners (tenants, customers, council, contractors).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with centre retailers and keep knowledge of centre store operations.
• Serve as primary resource for customers; understand services and community amenities.
• Follow processes to note and relay queries, feedback and issues to the team.
• Ensure the property presents to Hawaiian standards; conduct daily inspections and coordinate improvements with team.
• Support WHS policies and procedures as directed by WHS Manager.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to support campaigns and activations.
• Update on-site marketing collateral as directed by Marketing.
