Job summary

Hawaiian is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Officer on a 12-month contract at Newpark Shopping Centre, Tuesday to Saturday 9:00am to 3:30pm, reporting to the Assistant Property Manager. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, act as a brand ambassador for partners including tenants, customers, council and contractors, and assist with centre operations and events.

2+ years’ experience in a customer-focused role.
Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Serve as brand ambassador and primary information resource for tenants, customers, council and contractors.
Develop relationships with centre retailers and stay informed about store changes, merchandising and events.
Assist customers with information, store recommendations and access to centre services.
Ensure queries and feedback are captured and communicated to the team.
Support daily centre presentation, safety checks and compliance with WHS policies.
