Job summary

Aid Station is growing and we’re looking for a switched-on eCommerce Specialist to elevate our online store. You’ll own product builds, collections and campaigns in Shopify, delivering a seamless shopping experience for our sport, health and performance community.

You’ll collaborate with marketing and buying teams, leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, and manage major sales events like EOFY and Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

Qualifications

• Hands-on eCommerce experience in fast-paced retail.
• Strong Shopify experience including product creation and merchandising.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve ecommerce processes.

Responsibilities

• Product builds & management: Create, publish and maintain products, brands and bundles in Shopify
• Product clearance & lifecycle management: Manage short-dated product reporting and discontinued products
• Campaign execution: Support marketing campaigns by updating banners, tiles and pages
• Website merchandising & maintenance: Manage featured collections and content accuracy
• Website quality checks: Regularly review site for issues and fix problems
• Major sales events: Lead activities for EOFY and Black Friday/Cyber Monday
• AI & Innovation: Use AI to streamline product builds and improve workflows
• Team collaboration: Work with marketing and buying teams to launch promotions smoothly
