Job summary

Zeus Street Greek is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the team during busy shifts, ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations, coaching staff and maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, safety and cleanliness.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving performance through people and helping deliver a welcoming Greek dining experience. Prior supervisory hospitality experience is preferred; growth opportunities to head office are available.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in hospitality, QSR or retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate team members; maintain safety and service standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the team during your shift.
• Supervise team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure all food, service and safety standards are consistently met.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Support opening and closing procedures as required.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with basic inventory control.
• Assist with cash handling, POS procedures and basic reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance.
