Job summary

Zeus Street Greek in Sydney is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead the team during busy shifts, ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations and exceptional guest service. You'll coach and motivate staff, uphold food safety and quality standards, manage opening/closing procedures, and collaborate with management to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, QSR or retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the team during your shift.
• Supervise team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure all food, service and safety standards are consistently met.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with basic inventory control.
• Assist with cash handling, POS procedures and basic reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance.
