Job summary

CatholicCare NT is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee the Visitor and Supported crisis accommodation programs at Crerar Road. You will supervise the front reception, reservations, maintenance, laundry and night shift services to ensure safety and high service standards.

The role emphasizes rostering, staff development, compliance with WHS and safety regulations, and engagement with stakeholders to meet program objectives.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree with one year relevant experience.
• Cultural competency, especially with Indigenous people.
• Experience in operations management or coordination in visitor accommodation, community, or residential services.
• Leadership and staff management, including recruitment, supervision and development.
• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks, including WHS, fire safety and hygiene regulations.
• Food safety and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision and leadership of Visitor and Supported crisis accommodation programs and site operations.
• Lead front reception, reservations, maintenance, laundry and night shift services, and drive workforce development and compliance.
• Focus on rostering and on-site supervision to maintain high service standards and a team-oriented culture.
