Job summary

CatholicCare NT is seeking a senior operations leader for the Crerar Road Accommodation site in Darwin. You will oversee daily operations, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and ensure service delivery meets safety and compliance standards.

You will lead rostering, staff development, and engagement with stakeholders to achieve program objectives while upholding organisational values.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree with one year of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly with Indigenous people.
• Proven experience in operations management or coordination in care/support settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Visitor and Supported crisis accommodation programs.
• Ro ster staff on site and supervise front reception, maintenance, laundry and night shift services.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and high service standards; contribute to workforce development and stakeholder engagement.
